The Arbitrage Seeker indicator helps to find an arbitrage opportunities between 2 pairs/crosses. Indicator works on the all pairs/crosses, commodities, futures, stocks, CFDs, on every time interval (M1, M5, M30, H1, H4, D1, W1, MN) available on the MetaTrader 4. You don't have to calculate differences manually - this indicator does it. All what you have to do, is to set the Name's input and the StartPoint's input.


For example:

EURJPY has +90% correlation ratio to GBPJPY. That means the cross EURJPY and the cross GBPJPY moves in very similar trend. Trader sets the GBPJPY (with a StartPoint value - for example - 0.7900) as indicator on the EURJPY chart and wait for the spread opportunities. The StartPoint value for the EURJPY and the GBPJPY is just the EURGBP cross rate or (EURJPY / GBPJPY), but remember EURGBP and (EURJPY / GBPJPY) isn't the same!



For 2nd example:

Gold is correlated to U.S. Dollar (we use the GBPUSD pair). You divide the GBPUSD rate by the Gold price and paste result into "StartPoint" input - if you have open GBPUSD chart - and set Name's input as Gold.
